Log into your Skype account.
Click “Tools” in the the Options menu.
Open the Advanced tab and click “Connection”.
Alter incoming connections in order it uses port 32535.
Press the checkbox near "Use port 80 and 443 for additional incoming connections" in case it hasn’t been already checked off.
Choose “HTTPS” from the drop-down menu in the Options window.
Alter the port to 40032 and the host to 127.0.0.1.
Disable proxy authentication or uPnP if it’s checked off.
Allow only direct connections for your contacts.
