Some programs don't provide detailed information, but Skype does - it helps me to keep in touch with all my friends and family.
I love Skype, it helps me a lot when I give my lectures online.

On the one hand this app is a great one as it does help communicate, and the concept really works. Its installation is very fast, you don't have to answer an endless list of questions to register. But what irritates is that sometimes it can be too commercial.
