You should download portable version to install quickly. This version that you install is online and downloads files from Skype server and installs it on your Winodws.

Try installing the program again. And during the installation please follow the installing instructions properly. Then you can enjoy it very on your PC or Notebook computer.

Cannot get onto Skype regardless of what I try! Worked fine for 2 years, now I get 1603 message, have tried downloading fixes without success. Computer will not let me uninstall Skype, says the original source doesn't match. Can you help me?
